Description:

Reporting directly to the Administrative Manager, the Academic Program Coordinator, along with the CUNY Title Overview, will perform the following duties:

Managing all office records, generate reports, track and audit student progress.

Overseeing the department's online calendars for performance spaces, classrooms, studios, and practice room bookings.

Working alongside the manager on the creation and distribution of promotional materials for concerts and other program offerings.

Tracking and processing scholarships, documentation and payments.
